Description
Neat cutting oils are used in a variety of machining operations e.g. grinding, turning, milling, broaching, drilling, tapping, gear cutting on cast iron & on plain, alloyed steels and nonferrous metals. Primarily to provide cooling and lubrication which lead to good tool life and appropriate surface finish of the components being machined. These products offer superior performance where the demands upon the lubricant cannot be met by a water-based fluid. Neat cutting oil manufactured from solvent refined mineral oil and blended of selected chlorine and/ or sulfur additives. Some grades also contain active sulfur and / or fatty oils.
