Lioil Industrial Gear
Lioil Industrial Gear Oil is suitable for using wherever industrial EP gear oil is required.
It is recommended for heavily loaded gear sets including worm gears, industrial hypoid units and for gears that are subjected to shock loading.
It is also suitable for using in plain bearings and in rolling contact (antifriction) bearings that are not affected by Milad EP additives.
PROPERTIES
Lioil Industrial Gear Oil is a premium quality, general purpose industrial gear and bearing lubricant. It was developed to meet industrial requirements for lead free extreme pressure (EP) lubricants with high thermal stability. It has the excellent extreme pressure properties of the lead/sulfur type gear oils with can be replaced with them; it protects against foaming, separates readily from water and is non-corrosive to steel, copper and bronze.
Lioil Industrial Gear Oil Is available in following ISO viscosity grades: 46, 68, 100, 150, 220, 320, 460 and 1000 that meet the requirements of US Steel 224 specifications.
Lioil Industrial Gear Oil Operating temperatures are high (the maximum recommended operating temperature is 110°c).
The good oxidation and thermal stability of Lioil industrial gear oils maintains viscosity increase and sludge formation to very low levels at recommended operating temperatures.
